Today I wanted to share a quick & easy delicious bread pudding recipe. If you've never made bread pudding you're missing out! I used to buy bread pudding at the store & was always amazed at the texture & taste. I never had the desire to make it but, now I'm an addict & I can't get enough. Have your bread pudding for breakfast or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Prep time: 15 Minutes
Bake time: 40-50 minutes
Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes
Ingredients
Bread pudding:
1 Brioche loaf or bread of choice
2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs large
1 tbsp vanilla extract or paste
Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter salted
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
This bread pudding recipe is EVERYTHING! Super easy and quick to make. Delicious.
